SKAGEN’s vote at GCL Poly EGM
SKAGEN voted against one proposal at the extraordinary general meeting in GCL Poly on 26 November 2015.
At the meeting SKAGEN voted, on behalf of SKAGEN Kon-Tiki, SKAGEN Vekst and SKAGEN Focus which are shareholders in the company, against one proposal related to a re-authorization of a share option scheme, as the proposal does not include any performance criteria and may be issued below market price.
SKAGEN held 265 million shares at the time of the meeting. This was equal to 1.2 percent of the company.
