Do you have any problems watching the New Years Conference? We got you covered.
Depending on what your problem might be there are a few things you can check:
No sound? Check that your speakers are not muted. On computers with Microsoft Windows installed click on the ^ symbol at the bottom right corner of your screen. Open the speaker application and make sure your speakers are not muted.
Poor image quality? It might be your internet connection. If computer is connected on wifi it might be a good idea to move it closer to your router, or connect your computer to the router with a cable if possible.
